Hi, I’m Paolo; proud husband, dad of two (ages 9 and 7), and the cook behind Dad’s Daily Dish!
Like many families, we live busy lives. Between work, school, after-school activities, and everything in between, sitting down together for a healthy, home-cooked meal is one of the ways we stay connected.
Cooking isn’t just about food for me, it’s about creating moments at the dinner table that our kids will remember.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll probably find me training, whether it’s strength training, running, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or yoga. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and it inspires how I cook. I love to recreate recipes to fit different goals:

- Lighter dishes for cutting phases
- Comfort food favourites for when we just want to relax and enjoy
Dad’s Daily Dish is where I share those recipes, meal ideas, and cooking tips, all tested in a real family kitchen.
